Spring Cleaning Your Presentation

So you cleaned up your office, but what are you doing to refresh your tired presentation?
Start with your state of mind. Your customer has just made a large purchase-are you happy for him or do you just get down to business? Showing him your positive attitude toward his purchase gives him permission to be happy about it too.
When was the last time you changed the bullet points on your menu or offered a different type of menu to your customer? Offering multiple terms gives your customer a range of options; offering discounts for multiple products gives them incentive to go for the extra protection; offering them both is like giving them a bonus for doing business with you!
Change up your presentation according to your customer's interests and the bonus to you is that you will always sound fresh. It's nice to feel comfortable, but too comfortable becomes boring. Keeping yourself on your toes challenges your mind to always be looking for ways to get better at your job.
How long has it been since you left your office for presentation training? For most of you it's been too long.
