Spotlight On: Mike Constante, Freedom Kia of Morgantown, Jeremy (JP) Peluso, Freedom Ford of Morgant

As you know, Jeram Marketing is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where we know a thing or two about dynasties. In our opinion, Mike Wood is in the process of building one. The three stores above have each earned the status of F&I Manager of the Month. The only reason the fourth store, Freedom Kia of Clarksburg isn’t also listed, is that they achieved this award within the past 12 months and a dealership can only achieve it one time per year. So we think that’s a dynasty in the making.

Mike Constante has been with the Freedom organization’s oldest store for years and earned the F&I opportunity. Brandon Huseman also spent several years in sales at his store and also earned his F&I opportunity. JP Peluso spent several years as F&I Manager at the Ford store when it was under different ownership.

The bar is set high for each of these stores every week when an all-stores conference call is generated and everyone’s numbers are analyzed. There is no place to hide. Each of these gentlemen, as well as their Clarksburg counterparts, is very competitive; no one wants to be on the bottom, even when that is better than many a store’s top performer.

Each would also give credit to the rest of their store’s management team who all work together, and stand together on the weekly calls, making sure the numbers are strong. To say this group is a well-oiled machine is an understatement. As we reviewed the 2nd quarter numbers, all of these stores rose to the top. There was no way to give this award to just one of them. It’s a great problem to have.
